circles!

we continued discussing the color red and we started with shapes. 

our shape for this week is circle!

we stuck red circles onto a paper.

we used funnels to paint circles with red paint onto a paper

we saw so many red objects at circle time!

look how big we are!

This week we continued our "all about me " unit we spoke about our families how much they love us and how much we love them.
We used our baby pictures to show how we used to be sooo small and now we are so big. we discussed the things that we could do when we were small.eg crawl etc and now that we're big we can do so much more!

We were very lucky to have a special visitor come to our room : ariks baby Hannah. we are so much bigger than baby hannah, but we were so excited to see a baby  in our classroom.

For some of us  it was a great opportunity to remind us to use our "big girl/boy voice" when we need to ask our morahs or friends for something.

We painted our hands to show how big they are . wow! what fun! when we were done we washed our hands out in a bowl of soap and water :) :)

we are really socializing more in the classroom and beginning to make real friends that we like to play with
