Purim Dress - Up Party

What fun we had on Friday at our post - purim party. We were so excited to put on our costumes and join the other pre-nursery class for a real purim experience! What a thrill it was for us to be the center of attention as we had our chance to walk on "the red (orange ) carpet" sit  on a chair and have our picture taken as all our friends cheered us on!

In the spirit of purim we danced around to music!

We each got a gragger and sang our favorite purim song while shaking our graggers:

If you hear the name of Haman shake your gragger....

If you hear the name king Achashverosh stamp your feet...

If you hear the name of Mordechai clap your hands...

If you hear the name of Queen Esther... shout HOORAY...

We sang our parachute song and went under the parachute.

We ended off our party by eating delicious hamentashen cookies.
